It is not about the payout, Lumpy4080. It never has been for me...it is about how much racing is done for the money we are asked to pay...I understand that racing two full shows tends to run later, but I thought that is why we start earlier on those days...but then again, I thought we were here to put on a show for the fans...
And, I did acknowledge that bombers may run one or two races per night in my previous post - up to four races if no B main is necessary...
But if we ran two full shows, then we could run heats/mains on both nights and cut out qualifiers and dash for cashes...pay winners of main events as stated in DTC rules and then pay one overall winner for each class a bonus amount - doesn't have to be much...results = about the same amount of money going out to drivers and drivers get the opportunity to race up to four races...possibly five races if a B Main is required for their class...
crazi4racing - if they run the bombers full show on Sat because we have a small car count, then I would say then they should do that for any class with a low car count - eight or less I would suggest.
So after reading this post, I meant to suggest/type "pay the main event winners a bonus amount" and then take accumulative points from both nights to pay the classes according to DTC payouts...

It may be worth it for those cars/classes that have more than 15 cars each and every single night, but for my class (bombers) where we have had four cars the last four races, it is not worth it. Unfortunately for me, my dad was coming to watch me race, but I am torn between paying that much for me to race one, maybe two, races per night and not racing at all. It is not that hard to run a full show each night and accumulate the points for an overall winner...that is just my own opinion!

So once again we are paying twice as much for a single one night show spread out over two nights of racing...just my conclusion!

Is there going to be a B main on Sat no matter how many cars in a class or just if there is the need?

Back by popular demand! Racing Bingo! Here are the rules!
1) Choose who you want to win each class main event. You may list the class or the driver number (some of our fans dont quite know the name of drivers). See sample below...
2) NEW RULE: If you FORGET to post a class, you may add an additional post by stating in your post "THIS IS IN ADDITION TO MY PREVIOUS POST" or something to that effect, and you will not be disqualified, BUT you may NOT change any of your picks from the previous post.
3) You can not choose the same exact driver picks as anyone previously posted or you will be Disqualified (DQ'd).
4) If you choose a driver # and that driver does not start the main, does not finish the main or does not show up that night to race, you will be given last place "Bingo" points for your pick.
5) "Bingo" points are awarded as follows: 1 point for each winner pick, 2 points for each second place pick, 3 points for each third place pick and so on.
6) The Bingo player with the least amount of "Bingo" points (meaning they chose the highest ranking drivers) wins the round of Bingo.
7) Each Bingo game will be officially started by "mrs26j" or "Retta" ONLY; each game will close at NOON on the day of the race. Any entries after the game closes will be DQ'd.
8) Special events like Mud Bogs, Demo Derby, Mechanic Race, Powder Puff, Kris Kringle do not count. DTC will have a special "Bingo".
9) If you "edit" your post at any time, you will be DQ'd.
Here is a sample Bingo:
IMCA: #1 RAT MODS: #99 BOMBER: #26J HOBBY: #88 GEN X: #25 PRO STOCK: #2 MINI MODS: #26 SPRINTS: #44
SO WATCH FOR THE FIRST BINGO GAME OF 2010! IT WILL BE STARTING SOON!
